Leadership Background

Dr. Anderson brings a distinguished career spanning senior leadership roles in government administration and mission-driven organizations. This firsthand experience of leading through institutional change, workforce transitions, and cultural challenges informs every engagement.

Having worked alongside agency directors, nonprofit executives, and department heads, Dr. Anderson understands the constraints, politics, and pressures that shape organizational performance from the inside.
